Web Developer

Requirements:
  • PHP skills mid-high (Sr level)
  • DB Skills in MySQL, SQL
  • JAVA, J2EE knowledge is a plus
  • Flash Programming a Plus
  • Knowledge in XML a Plus
  • Knowledgable in Linux OS a major plus
  • ASP.NET knowledge is a major plus but not required
  • Knowledge in SEO a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Maintain the Affiliate Program Website
  • Develop & maintain modules & other systems for both Shopinas & iBayad platforms
  • Assist and help out in the integration of eBanking and Mobile API as well as other 3rd party systems (Air 21 Online booking)
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to supervisors/managers.

Web/Graphic Designer

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Adobe CS
  • Macromedia (Flash)
  • Knowledge in Basic HTML a must

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize & create designs to be used for web & print
  • Create designs for marketing collaterals (Online & Offline use)
Senior Marketing Communication Specialist

Requirements:
  • At least 24 years old, male or female
  • Graduate of courses in Marketing, Marketing Management, IMC or Communication with
  • above-average to superior scholastic records

  • Experienced in events/trade organizing and promotions (retail exhibits, trade shows and
  • expos)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skils

Responsibilities:
  • Do one year marketing plan specific to i-Bayad and Shopinas

  • such as advertising, events and promotions

Sales Executive for Advertising & Merchant Acquisition/Relations

Requirements:

  • Experienced in sales activities, specifically online products would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skils

Responsibilities:
  • Do one year sales plan and budget specific to Shopinas, ensure that set targets are met
  • Maintain and grow database of MSMEs by liaising with related government and private
    agencies/groups such as DTI, Bureau of Domestic Trade, Bureau of Export Trade, Phil.
    Center for Entrepreneurship etc.
  • Conduct group sales presentations, attend or participate in retail and trade exhibits as a
    way of expanding merchant database
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns (in coordination with marketing and CS/QA) to
    facilitate merchant activation and keep merchant activities going
  • Communicate i-Bayad to customers, i.e., i-Bayad's function within Shopinas, how to
    reload through Mail&More or online
  • Visit advertising agencies and client offices to promote and offer advertising
    opportunities through Shopinas
  • Regularly report sales activity status, i.e. sales target vis-a-vis closed sales
  • Maintain regular communication to the Shopinas and i-Bayad community (customers
    and other stakeholders) through the management of online/channel communication
Product Development Specialist (i-Bayad)

Requirements:

  • At least 22 years old, male or female
  • Graduate of courses in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or
    Finance Management
  • Experienced in various financial and/or banking activities such as mobile,
    internet banking, money remittance, credit card business, foreign exchange
  • Has entrpreneurial mindset, with keen business sense, and willing to learn the ropes or
    grow the business/brand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skils
  • Highly creative, can work with less supervision, has initiative and good problem-solving
    skills
  • Can gracefully handle work pressure
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for i-Bayad's R&D
  • Assist Business Development Manager by identifying other uses for i-Bayad,
    transitioning it from Shopinas e-wallet to money remittance and other financial/payment
    uses
  • Coordinate with finance and QA/CS on exchanges and activities of the i-Bayad through
    Shopinas site, determine
    avenues and ways to improve process and uses
  • Lead all coordination tasks related with accreditation or licensing of i-Bayad with
    respective government agencies, finance partners or private sector clients, in proper
    coordination with admin/office manager
  • Lead coordinator for all i-Bayad activities with gov't agencies, private groups and
    business partners
Customer Service Assistant

Requirements:
  • At least 20-25 years old, male or female
  • Vocational Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field preferred
  • Call Center work experience or Customer Support for Air21 Logistics is preferred
  • Computer technical skill is an advantage
  • Must be flexible, hardworking, resourceful and a good team player
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle customer complaints and/or deal with difficult customers
  • Can manage stress and pressure at work
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Self motivated
Responsibilities:
  • Promotes all products and services of Air21 Global Inc.
  • Respond to client inquiries and technical concerns via email, phone or forums.
  • Assist in testing all aspects of the service/products.
  • Conduct monitoring and tracking duties for shipments and transactions
  • Manually book orders for pick-up and delivery, resolve disputes, and address
    shipping issues and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of courses in Creative Writing, or any Communication courses with above-
    average to superior scholastic records
  • Prolific writer, can write for web, SNS and other communication channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly creative, can work with less supervision, has initiative and good problem-solving
    skills
  • Can gracefully handle work pressure
  • Must have the nose for news on the web especially those pertinent to Shopinas and i-
    Bayad
Responsibilities:
  • In-charge of all written communications: writing/text requirements for online and offline
    channels
  • Keep all online customers and stakeholders constantly 'in the loop' on all developments
    on Shopinas and i-Bayad by updating blogs, Facebook, Twitter and other SNS
  • Coordinate with suppliers all requirements needed for content such as photo and video
    production, make sure to get proper quotes and all contracts and purchase documents
    are in place before beginning actual productions
  • Coordinate with Office Manager/Office Assistant finance matters pertinent to his/her
    projects
  • Update as well the Lina Group of Companies on relevant information about the company
    and its projects
  • Conducts and attends FGDs
  • Prepares and submit timely and accurate reports to supervisors/managers.
