Pilipinas Welcomes Shopinas

Shopping and technology combined brings more spank compared to how it used to be in the past. As the Internet widens its avenue for online shoppers and merchants, Shopinas created an online shopping district to give a fresh face for the Philippine e-commerce industry during its soft launch last August 4, 2010, at Crustacia Powerplant Mall, Rockwell, Makati.

Air21 Global President and CEO Sheila Lina acknowledged partners, merchants, bloggers, and friends from Lina Group of Companies during her introduction to Shopinas. com.

Shopinas is a one-stop e-commerce site where you can shop, pay, and have your items delivered right at your doorstep. Even merchants will find ease on Shopinas’ features. All they have to do is to sign up, upload products’ photos, include the pricing, and get ready to sell!

Along with Shopinas was the launching of Air21 Global and i-Bayad. Air21 Global is a new company under the Lina Group which brings top logistics solutions provider, Air21, to the global scenario with Shopinas.com as their flagship project while i-Bayad is a prepaid reloadable e-wallet service specially designed for Shopinas. Air21 is an all-Filipino logistics provider specializing in door-to-door and pick-up services across the country.

A Shopinas walkthrough was presented through a mini play. This presentation gave a clearer explanation on how a Shopinas transaction is made. Shopping the Shopinas way is simple. By logging on to Shopinas.com, you can select which items you would like to purchase. Make sure that you have enough credits in your i-Bayad account. Or if not, you may reload your e-wallet to a Mail and More outlet so you may continue with the transaction. Wait for the allotted day and an Air21 courier will come right at your doorstep to deliver your item of choice.

Jovel Cipriano of Sureseal gave an orientation to clarify the importance of their organization in e-commerce. The Sureseal mark found in Shopinas website assures integrity in every transaction with Shopinas. An open forum welcomed queries and gave further explanation regarding this new online venture. Later that evening, Lina Group Chairman Alberto D. Lina delivered his closing remarks with pride and new hopes for Shopinas.
